TOP 3 TASK MANAGEMENT APP FOR ANDROID AND IOS 2020

Hello Guys,

Here I am going to share with you from my point of view about task management app that I had been used for a while during my time in different organizations previously.

Task Management tool really helpful and handy if you are really work on it and spend more time with it. Trust me that its really painful at the beginning, but at the end of the day you will realize how convenient it is.

Lets take a look of my list of TOP 3 Task Management App:

1. ASANA

Asana is a software-as-a-service design to improved team collaboration and work management. It helps team manage projects and tasks in one tool. Team can create projects, assign work to teammate, specify deadlines and communicate about tasks directly in Asana.

As you can see above, I am currently use Asana as one of my tool to manage my own small business. It requires time and effort to have such a clear view and clear task that I should be able to manage it. In terms of interface and user journey experience, I would recommend if you are managing more projects and details at the same time. Asana will help you to see it clearly and structuring the task very well. You able to create task, subtask and assign task to your team members.

Since I am just managing myself, so I do not require full plan of this tool. Free tool is sufficient enough for me as for now. If you need to approach this to your organization, perhaps you could advise for the full version to support your team and upgrade the plan.

2. TRELLO

Trello is a web-based Kanban-style list making application which is subsidiary of Atlassian. Trello helps teams work collaboratively and get more done. It also helps to organize and prioritize projects in a fun, flexible and rewarding way.

As you can see, their user interface is quite impressive and interesting for some people who loves to have a look like this. It also friendly user and easy to use to manage your tasks with your team.

Trello also have more features that you can upgrade if it's necessary for your tasks management. Check out for their plan pricing too.

What you can get with FREE account? Unlimited cards and unlimited lists. This will be enough if you have small team to manage. If you need to check further about Trello itself, browse to their website.

3. TODOIST

Another tool that commonly use to manage task that organize work and life. They also had a clean and clear user interface for you to view and manage your work.

This tool is recommended for whom use to have a simple task to be track on and delegate to related task that need to be done. Premium version will cost you about $3 per month.
